Once the Principal Managing Broker for two separate branches, Dean has been a full-time Realtor for over 30 years and is a life-long resident of Northwest Washington state and is back to focusing on his clients and helping them with their life changes and needs. He is highly experienced in negotiating and navigating transactions smoothly and efficiently.

Dean is a Certified Washington State Continuing Education Real Estate Instructor and a 1988 graduate from Western Washington University with a BA degree in Speech Communications and Psychology.

Dean believes that getting to know his clients and communication are among the most important elements of real estate service. He demonstrates this through consistent contact with the client, meeting face to face, via phone, text, social media, or email …whichever is the best fit for the client.

As a "Seller's Broker," Dean offers a comprehensive marketing plan that begins with a thorough Current Market Analysis. He provides the best tools and strategies for selling your home for the best price, in the fewest number of days, and with the least inconvenience to you.

Dean also has extensive experience and training as a "Buyer's Broker." He enjoys working with all types of real estate Buyers and believes the best service comes from being available to meet with clients and look at properties together. For out-of-area clients, Dean offers to preview properties and meet via video.

Dean's personal interests include cooking, grilling, browsing farmer's markets, and reading.
